All That Glitters is an episode of Lost In Space.
Synopsis
A space thief entrusts Penny and Smith with a neck-ring that turns anything the wearer touches into platinum. Smith betrays the thief and keeps the ring for himself, then accidentally turns Penny into platinum.
Plot
Notes
Two more visitors. Ohan and Officer Bolix. Bolix claims to come from the planet Tauron. We've heard this planet before. According to Will and John in the episode "Return to Earth", this is where the alien family came from too. The Taurons from that that episode communicated only telepathically. Bolix is fond of shouting!
Of course, those of us who watched TV during the 60s recognize Bolix as Werner Klemperer, who portrayed German prisoner of war camp comandant Colonel Klink.
Klemperer was also in an episode of The Third Man with Jonathan Harris.
